Are you passionate about chocolate, creative content, and digital experiences? Then you are the intern we are looking for. At Neuhaus, we’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our digital team and support us across e-commerce, social media, and content initiatives. You’ll contribute to our mission of crafting exceptional chocolate experiences, both online and offline.
You’ll be based at our headquarters in Vlezenbeek, working closely with the digital team to contribute to meaningful projects that shape our online presence and customer experience. This is a hands-on internship where your ideas and efforts will have a real impact, both on our webshop and our growing social channels.
E-commerce
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure accurate and timely publication of product information across all digital channels, including the Neuhaus webshop and marketplaces (e.g. Amazon).
Assist in updating and improving product descriptions, visuals, and commercial content in line with our brand voice.
Help create compelling copy for blog articles and landing pages that align with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and SEO guidelines.
Monitor competitor webshops and marketplaces for pricing, content, promotion, and assortment strategies.
Help identify opportunities to optimize the online customer experience and increase conversion.
Social Media & Content Creation
Play a key role in Neuhaus’ TikTok strategy: brainstorm ideas, shoot and edit engaging videos, and help shape the tone and presence of the brand on the platform.
Support our digital marketing manager in organizing the content calendar and aligning posts with campaign priorities.
Create content for our social media channels (organic and paid): copy writing and video creation.
Occasional Email Marketing Support
Assist our email marketing specialist by proofreading or suggesting short pieces of content for newsletters or promotions (as needed).
Help with visual or content quality checks before emails are sent.
TO BE
You are enrolled at a university or college of higher education for the full duration of the internship.
You are Dutch- or French-speaking and have an advanced knowledge of English.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are a creative person.
Social media channels hold no secrets for you.
Besides being a natural team player, you are also able to think analytically and complete projects in a structured way.
