As a Maintenance Engineer at Neuhaus, you are – among other things – responsible for the smooth operation of our new state-of-the-art Carle & Montanari production line. You also play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our robotics and electromechanical installations. This includes both preventive maintenance and contributing to troubleshooting in order to ensure a smooth production process. Additionally, you are responsible for improving the production lines through technical adjustments and innovative solutions.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the new fully automated production line.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to robotics, electromechanics, and automation.
Planning preventive maintenance to avoid production downtime.
Collaborating with technical team colleagues and contributing ideas for improvements.
Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new machines and technologies.
Working in a 2-shift system (early/late) from Monday to Friday.
You have a background in electromechanics and extensive experience with robotics and automation in a production environment. In addition, you are capable of working independently and with a results-oriented mindset.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, or you have built up sufficient experience to possess equivalent knowledge and skills.
Affinity with maintenance and troubleshooting within a production setting, with a strong focus on robotics and automation.
Experience with Siemens PLCs, mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics.
You are a problem-solver and have a keen eye for detail.
You speak fluent Dutch and have a basic knowledge of French.
