TO DO

As an Outlet Manager, you are responsible for the commercial and operational performance of our successful Outlet in Vlezenbeek. You contribute to building a high-performing organization where team, processes, and results reinforce each other.

  • You bring structure and clarity in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

  • You take full operational responsibility for the outlet (turnover, margin, KPIs).

  • You analyze sales and stock data and translate insights into targeted commercial and operational actions.

  • You optimize processes related to stock management, rotation, and goods flow, with a focus on both efficiency and quality.

  • You lead a team of approximately 6 employees and develop them towards greater ownership, maturity, and results orientation.

  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on planning, forecasting, and supply chain.

  • You ensure a consistent and high-quality brand and boutique experience, even in an outlet environment.

TO BE

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within retail.

  • You feel comfortable in a complex, high-volume environment such as a flagship store, logistics setting, or outlet.

  • You combine strong commercial insight with solid operational execution.

  • You are energized by people management and know how to structure and develop teams.

  • You think in terms of results, efficiency, and long-term value.

  • You communicate clearly and are able to engage stakeholders at different levels.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a good command of English.
